The 2025 Young Leaders Dialogue brought together 30 outstanding young leaders from Southeast Asia and Australia for a 12-week leadership program. It deepened cross-cultural connections, regional collaboration and mutual understanding between youth in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Participants were aged between 22 and 35 and were selected based on their desire to build their leadership skills and be agents of change into the future. The Dialogue equipped participants with practical leadership skills and gave them the opportunity to connect with likeminded youth across the region.
The Dialogue included virtual workshops, a 6-day intensive in Australia from 5-10 October and a 3-day experience in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 26-28 October.
